Painting has been my lifelong pursuit aided by by other love: dance and movement. I encourage the paint to dance and flow across the canvas, thus creating lively and interesting surfaces. When I am unable to work ‘en plein air’ I enjoy experimenting with mixed media (“toffee paintings”) and creating more abstract canvases.

Drive on the A815 to Strachur then take the A886 Colintraive road for 3 miles. At Newton turn-off follow palette signs into the village. Visitors welcome All year 10am – 5pm outwith open weekend.
